Return Policy:
If you decide your Babatata purchase is not for you, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with their original packaging. Upon approval of your return request and receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund less any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all filler and protective materials. We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not in their original packaging.
Final Sale Items: Items purchased as Clearance or Refurbished, are final sale and not eligible for return. At Babatata, pet safety is our top priority, and due to sanitary concerns, we are unable to accept returns for these products. We appreciate your understanding.
